Situated in a very beautiful place - seaside location, nice family atmosphere.Room was big enough and nicely decorated, very clean (very nice and friendly room-cleaner Serpil). I really enjoyed the beauty of Istanbul and Cinar Hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable, and as we were ill when we arrived the fact that it was nicely furnished and well serviced was a particular bonus.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach with beautiful views. There are many small restaurants nearby, offering delicious local cuisine. It is also conveniently close to the airport, making it easy for business travelers. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with perfect beds and well-functioning showers. The breakfast is varied and satisfying. The hotel also offers a lovely pool and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the ocean.
The hotel lacks some facilities that would enhance the guest experience.

The view if seaside
The staff, rude ,not friendly, liars, the frond desk clerk accepted $20 tip, in order to help with a decent room one double bed,early check in, and whet he did was check himself early from work so he didn't have to do it. I had 2 change rooms 3 times,after threatening to leave the hotel.the ac didn't work in the room

The value for money was great, considering the comfortable and clean rooms at Cinar Hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation options like taxis and boats. The staff were friendly, helpful, and most could speak English, which made communication smooth for an Australian like me.
The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety to enhance the overall experience.

The building is very old fashion and the rooms are very poor, I don't believe how it should be ranked as five stars. The restaurant staff was not very customer orienteed

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right on the waterfront with a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean and spacious rooms to the delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Not to mention, the convenience of being close to transportation and having parking available was a plus. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
Not one thing disappointed me during my stay.
